Download Your Own Letter and Hat Sizing Template
This letter and hat sizing template will help you size artwork for 270° and regular hat embroidery, and lettering for embroidery quality and legibility.
How to Use The Template
- You will need Adobe Acrobat to use the template. If you don't already have the Adobe Acrobat plug-in, you can download it for free.
- Click here to view the template.
- Print the template on acetate.
- Use the template to check the size of your artwork and lettering:
- For 270° hat embroidery - Place your artwork under the top template and make sure that it's height fits within the window. Artwork may be as long as 14".
- For regular hat embroidery - Place your artwork under the 3.0" X 3.0" hat template and make that sure it fits within the window.
- For lettering - Place your lettering under the type test windows and follow the directions.
