Digitizing Services
One way we make our exceptional products even better
is through our complete in-house digitizing service which allows us to translate
artwork into high quality direct embroidery. The ability to "punch"
our own tapes is your assurance that the embroidered design will be an unwavering
reproduction of the original artwork. Close attention to detail during the
entire digitizing process is the key to our high-caliber embroidery.
And when you want to resize and modify your existing tapes, our in-house digitizing allows us to do this with ease. This ensures that you will only receive the finest quality finished product after you've changed the size of the embroidered area or garment. All this is part of our commitment to you our customers. We prefer Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw files in either PC or Macintosh formats, however we also accept camera-ready art or the best available.
Need A Tape Only?
If you're an embroiderer who is only satisfied with superior digitizing, USA's in-house digitizing department is your digitizing department. We punch in most formats including Tajima, Melco, Barudan, Brother and Happy.
The "Key" to Beautiful Embroidery
Digitizing is where the embroidery process begins. The quality of the finished product is directly related to the quality of the Digitizing. We feel that we have the best digitizing technology available, as well as some of the most experienced digitizers in the industry.
There are a few basic requirements that we need in order to give you the best possible digitizing in a timely fashion.
Size of EmbroideryIn order to give you the best digitizing job the first time, we need you to specify the size of the logo that you would like. We digitize logos of various sizes for different locations on all types of garments and accessories. Please be specific when giving the size of the logo.
Garment Type
Digitizing techniques vary for different types of material. Please specify the Type of Material that a particular logo will be used on. In some cases it is necessary to use different digitizing techniques for different materials.
Colors
Colors are very important to us. Please specify the colors of the logo when submitting artwork. Full Color Art is requested, however Black & White Camera Ready Art, accompanied by a Color Diagram will suffice if Full Color Art is not available. Also you can e-mail your art work to digitizing@unitedstitches.com
By following these guidelines, you are giving us the tools necessary to give you and your customer the most beautiful embroidery possible!
Please feel free to call our art department with any questions you might have or for advice on anything related to the digitizing process!
